5. Discussion and possible action for approval of Agreement between Zahl-Ford, Inc. and Oklahoma County for Oklahoma County Project No. E-2011-B for Structural Engineering Services for the Metro Parking Garage, not to exceed $41,000.00. Requisition No. 11201277 has been issued to Zahl-Ford, Inc. in the amount of $41,000.00 from Public Building Authority Trust/Metro Parking Garage/Buildings-Renovation (7030/3300/55010). Requested by Mark Stephens, Property Manager, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

6. Discussion and possible action to approve an amended Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 for the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. The amended budget adds funding in the amount of $172,000.00 for two capital projects for the Metro Parking cost center and reduces the reserve fund by an equal amount. 7. Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 8-12: Transfer of appropriations from PBA-Reserve 3700-operation to PBA Metro Parking Garage 7030-3300-capital in the amount of $172,000.00. Transfer is necessary to increase the Metro Parking Garage budget due to adding two new capital projects.

8. Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contract with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

Contract No. 00980 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Allahim Crutison.

Contract No. 18A One (1) space at $115.00 per month for Larry Edzards.

Contract No. 00470 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Document Retrieval Service.

9. Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201. (Document Received)

10. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
